MMA Cage fighting (with full size octagon ring)
Mixed martial arts cage fighting is a full contact combat sport which allows a variety of fighting techniques from a mixture of martial art traditions to be used in competitions.
Shukokai
A style of karate which emphasises self discipline, etiquette and respect for all. It includes sports fitness and self defence. It is the total training of the mind and body, using the hands and feet equally to be able to defend yourself.
Shotokan
A martial arts style in which the whole of the body can be used as a weapon using a variety of techniques: Stances, blocks, strikes and kicks. Builds confidence and teaches self disclipline.
Aikido
A Japanese non aggressive martial art which directs the force of the attacker against themselves by utilising their own energy/momentum/strength against them. Suitable for all ages!!
Ju Jitsu
This is a style of martial art which employs the principles of balance, leverage and momentum to overcome opponents by using the aggressor's energy to their own disadvantage.
Eskrima
A Filipino martial art which features mostly weapons based fighting techniques that combine punches, kicks, takedowns and joint lock techniques with a stick or a sword. Teaches you to use objects as weapons by focusing on balance, timing, distance and speed.

Also known as Thai boxing. In this style hands, knees, feet and elbows are all used extensively to punch and kick the opponent.
